Multi-Skilled Tradesman (Plumbing & Tiling Specialist)
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Multi-Skilled Tradesman to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing maintenance and bathroom renovations, with proven experience in tiling as a core trade. This role requires hands-on expertise, problem-solving ability, and a customer-focused approach to delivering high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Carry out plumbing maintenance tasks, including fault finding, repairs, and installations.
• Undertake bathroom renovation works from start to finish, including plumbing, tiling, and finishing touches.
• Install and repair sanitary ware, pipework, showers, and other plumbing systems.
• Lay and finish tiles to a high standard, including walls, floors, and splashbacks.
• Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues quickly and effectively.
• Ensure all works are completed to a professional finish, meeting company and client expectations.
• Deliver excellent customer service by maintaining clear communication and a tidy workspace.
• Work both independently and as part of a team to complete projects on time.

Experience & Skills

• Essential: Proven experience in plumbing (maintenance and installation).
• Essential: Strong skills in tiling, particularly in bathroom settings.
• Previous experience in full bathroom refurbishments is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of general maintenance and multi-trade tasks (basic carpentry, plastering, etc.) is an advantage.
• NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent in Plumbing is preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in delivering a quality finish.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.
