JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Multi-Skilled Operative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a variety of property maintenance, repair, and improvement tasks across residential houses.
A full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle is essential, as travel between jobs will be required.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in property maintenance, repairs, or a handyman role
• Skilled across multiple trades (carpentry, plumbing, plastering, painting & decorating, etc.)
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Health & Safety practices
