About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Multi-Trade Operative to join our team long term. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident all-rounder who can work independently as well as part of a team to deliver a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out general maintenance and repair works across domestic and commercial properties
• Perform wall and ceiling repairs (plastering, patching, painting)
• Hang and adjust doors, including fitting locks and handles
• Carry out minor plumbing tasks such as toilet replacement, repairs, and basic pipework
• Undertake a variety of other trade tasks as required (basic carpentry, decorating, tiling, etc.)
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner
• Maintain a professional and courteous approach with clients and team members
• Follow health & safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:

Jobs are Essex and London so must be willing to travel from job to job

• Proven experience in a variety of trades and property maintenance tasks
• Confident in carrying out minor plumbing repairs and installations
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Full UK driving licence
• Own tools (preferred) – Company van provided
