We are seeking a skilled multi trade operative to join our dynamic team, working across the northwest. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse range of construction skills and be capable of working on various projects, from void properties to tennanted properties. As a Builder, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all construction tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in carpentry, roofing, painting, plumbing, masonry.
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is essential for performing various construction tasks.

• Carry out carpentry tasks, fixing floor boards, fitting pipe boxing in MDF or Pendoc and ocasionaly fitting small kitchens.
• Painting walls, ceilings and skirting boards.
• Filling walls and small patch plastering.
• Undertake patching brick walls, building small concrete pads for Air Source Heat Pumps.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion while maintaining quality standards.
