This role is to refurbish properties across the northeast mostly in Newcastle postcodes.
Plastering, plumbing and tiling skills are essential.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Hold a UK Drivers licence for more than 12 months - you will need to make your own way to the job site.
• For insurance purposes be over the age of 25
• Kitchen/ Bathroom fitting
• Joinery knowledge
• Plumbing knowledge
• Good attitude toward their work
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work well within a team environment

Refurbishing various properties throughout the northeast, you will complete tasks such as.

• Replacing Kitchens
• Fitting new bathrooms
• Plastering - Essential
• Making good
• Decorating
• General maintenance
• Organising supplies
• Working to timescales
