TO BECOME TRAINED IN MULTIPLE AREAS OF THE FACTORY TO BECOME MULTI-SKILLED

There are 4 main production areas. A production operative would be based in one of these areas but would be expected to assist in all.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

· Operate equipment as trained to ensure production continues to flow.
· Complete appropriate paperwork correctly and clearly be responsibility for accuracy of your own administration.
· Report any issues or potential hazards to production supervisor/Engineer.
· Operate within the “clean as you go” policy, Dispose of waste, packaging and rubbish correctly. Ensuring a high standard of housekeeping is maintained.
· Work and follow all standard operational procedures including company quality guidelines.
· Adhere to all rules within Company handbook and maintain a high level of professionalism.
· Be responsible for your own Health and Safety and the Health and Safety of others around you, adhering to company health and safety procedures.
· Any other reasonable duties for which you are trained or capable of performing

ADDITIONAL DUTIES : LABELLING AND REWORK:

· Complete rework and labelling tasks.
· Complete paperwork to monitor quality and stock control.
· Ensuring cleanliness of the work area.
· Reporting any issues to the Production Supervisor.
