Job Title: Multi-Skilled Operative (Repairs)
Salary: £36,051.38 per annum
Location: On site based in Stafford
Hours: 40 hours per week, FTC until March 2026
We currently have a great opportunity for a Multi-Skilled Repairs Operative to join our in-house maintenance team, Property Plus, on a temporary basis. We’re looking for a dedicated professional to bring our values to life and ensure our customers receive outstanding services.

• Deliver excellent customer service while working in tenants’ homes.
• Diagnose and prioritise repair tasks independently.

• Participate in standby and overtime rotas.
