This is a multi-skilled role incorporating both Front Office and Food and Beverage Duties in line with the business demands

Have the ability to multi-task and have a can-do attitude in this exciting fast-paced environment.
Flexible and always ready to assist at any stage of the guests’ stay, from check-in to check-out and everything in between.
This may include working in the Food and Beverage outlets including Breakfast, Bar, Lunch and Dinner and supporting the Reception Team when needed.
As a passionate individual, you will be dedicated to continuously improving the quality of the hotel’s services.
To help you navigate your role, and support your success you will be trained in all front of house related functions and the safety of the property and people.
Our hotel offers 126 rooms, and has a Chill concept with cafeteria and a restaurant. We are located in the heart of Sheffield, just 15 minutes walk from the train station and other key attractions.
Understanding things from our guest’s perspective is key, so while you are settling into your new role we will arrange a one-night stay for you to experience this first hand.
