We are seeking MULTI-SKILLED, SELF-EMPLOYED subcontractors.
Please DO NOT apply if you are employed under PAYE and are not looking to work as self-employed under the CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY SCHEME (CIS).

Our operational structure is designed to efficiently manage a wide variety of projects, scalable from single residential homes to large communal sites with multiple properties.

LICENCE / CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• Registered under the Construction Industry Scheme (CIS)
• Valid Driving Licence
• Proof of Right to Work in the United Kingdom
• Basic DBS Check Certificate
• Asbestos Awareness Certificate (preferred)
  Pay: £125.00-£250.00 per day

We are currently seeking operatives to cover North London areas who are self-employed individuals, or those working as part of a self-employed team, with expertise across various repair and renovation disciplines. Multi-skilled tradespeople are preferred who can confidently solve issues if they arise.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Attending client sites to carry out assessments, taking photos, and providing digital reports detailing required works.
• Carrying out agreed works on-site, with any variations from the original plan to be approved by management before going ahead.
• Sending progress pictures to management throughout the job, including before, during, and after completion. Each item on quotation should be photographically documented.
• Before leaving the site, allowing management to speak with the client directly to confirm the quality and satisfaction of the completed works.
• Re-attending sites to resolve any reasonable concerns or complaints related to completed work.
