Due to company expansion, we are seeking a Multi Skilled Operative to join our team. As a Multi Skilled Operative your main duties will include repairs and refurbishment activities to our occupied carehomes delivering a high-quality customer service and satisfying all safety, quality and cost control standards. The main role will be a mixture of general repairs on homes from changing doors, toilets, switches and fixing radiators to full bathroom and kitchen refurbishments throughout Wirral, Liverpool, Manchester and in-between.

Role Criteria

• Full UK driving License
• Willing to travel
• Competent in multiple trades - Groundworks, drainage, Minor bricklaying, carpentry, plumbing, plastering, and decorating
• Excellent communication
• Own Van - not essential but desirable
• Team player but can also work alone
• Pay - £16-20 experience dependant

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £16.00-£20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
