• Understanding of how energetics and propulsion systems are produced

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Analyze data to provide proactive insights on running the business and supporting growth forecast
• Project plan, IMS development (manage cost, quality, schedule) of a supplier start up or transition
• Project Management through the use of critical chain tools
• Ability to analyze supplier capabilities to meet business needs, including mapping of supplier capabilities to demand and forecast
• Partnership in standing up supplier factories
• Transition product to production in the supply base
• Communication at all levels of the business
• Develop and manage strategic relationships across the functions and SBUs
• Develop, mature, and implement strategies for growth for all E & P commodities
• Work across multiple functions and teams to collaborate meaningful metrics and data
• Create reports, dashboards and “As Requested” data development
• Collaborate cross functionally to establish a “Grow, Maintain, Reduce, Exit (GMRE)” supplier strategy with detailed execution plans
• Evaluate active risks & opportunities with programs to prioritize near term mitigation and/or capture projects
• Support multiple supply chain organizations, to include Procurement, and Strategic Sourcing, to ensure strategies are aligned with technology roadmaps
• Manage multiple small and large projects at a time (in partnership with a Project Manager)
• Analyze and interpret various Raytheon data sources regarding program and supplier forecasts
• Understanding of data in an effort to get to a “single source” of data for the Supplier Management Organization

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE FOR THIS ROLE WILL BE REQUIRED TO RESIDE AND WORK FROM ONE OF THE 50 U.S. STATES (EXCLUDING U.S. TERRITORIES)

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
