Our Multi-Sports Coaches have gone on to become Swim Teachers, Gym Instructors, Personal Trainers, Lifeguards and much more! This job is a great way to step into employment in the Leisure, Health and Sport industry. This role will be based at your closest Freedom Leisure Centre within the Stafford contract. Hours: Casual hours, as and when required To plan, prepare and deliver high quality multi-sports coaching sessions. To supervise and coach multi-sports and other sports to children and young people. To ensure that coaching sessions are suitably planned and developed for all people including young children, those with specific additional needs. To be responsible for volunteers and those attending the activity sessions To mentor other coaches, where appropriate, and provide advice and guidance in the planning and delivery of activities. To ensure all sessions are safe and follow health and safety policies and procedures. To maintain detailed and accurate records of those attending sessions To be committed to continuous professional development (CPD) relevant to the post. What are we looking for? Responsibilities

The Multi-Sports Coach will plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality multi-sports coaching sessions for children and young people. They will also supervise and coach participants, ensuring sessions are safe and inclusive.
