360° Dorset is looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals with prior experience working with children in the school setting to come on board in our part-time roles.
If you love working with children, delivering fun and engaging sessions, and making a real difference through physical activity & play, we’d love to hear from you.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re seeking someone who is:

  • Passionate about working with children and committed to raising standards for all.
  • A strong communicator with the ability to inspire, engage, and manage groups.
  • Experienced in PE or coaching, with a track record of delivering excellent sessions.
  • Confident in managing behaviour in both small and large group settings.
  • Reliable, adaptable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • A role model who leads by example and promotes inclusive participation.

REQUIREMENTS

  • UK Driving Licence – Required
  • Enhanced DBS Check – Essential
  • NGB Level 1 Coaching Qualification (e.g. football, dodgeball, etc.)
  • Paediatric First Aid Certificate – Required
  • Level 2 Safeguarding - Required

  • Plan, organise and deliver a variety of fun, inclusive sports and activity sessions for individuals and groups of children both in the community and in school settings
  • Provide high-quality coaching that is structured, safe, and progressive.
  • Create a positive, energetic environment that promotes enjoyment and development.
  • Offer clear instructions, coaching points, and constructive feedback.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, schools, community groups, and partner organisations.
  • Promote physical activity, wellbeing, and healthy lifestyles.
  • Uphold our commitment to safeguarding, child protection, and high professional standards.
  • Work solo & with colleagues to deliver high quality sports & play childcare
  • Delivering a variety of sessions from Breakfast clubs, Alternative provision, PE lessons, Lunch clubs & After school sports clubs.
