We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader to join the team as a Multi-Store Manager leading the team at Lorna Jane Sydney City and Mid-City store.

Day in the Life

• Driving sales with your team to achieve targets and KPI’s.
• Recruit, train, grow future leaders, we ‘re all about promoting from within!
• Keep the store running smoothly with sharp operation, visuals and stock management skills.
• Build smart rosters that support trading hours and team balance.

Our Store Managers are brand ambassadors, and this is what we are looking for:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in management.
• Sales and KPIs: Proven ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Operational Expertise: Strong skills in rostering, wage control, stock control, and visual merchandising.
• Problem Solver: Quick thinker who takes initiative to resolve problems and exercises sound judgment.
• Growth Mindset: Always striving higher and taking accountability for results.
• Passionate Leader: Able to build a strong team and lead them to success.
