REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in store management or a similar role within the retail industry.
• Strong sales acumen with the ability to negotiate effectively.
• A progressive thinker with a desire to innovate and share ideas that have real business impacts.
• An ability to deliver on business plans to meet store targets.
• A leader who fosters collaboration and passion for leading and inspiring teams.
• An ability to work a flexible schedule and work occasional evenings/weekends (able to work 40 hours/week).
• Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
• Proficient in math for handling transactions and financial tasks.
• Ability to train, develop, and lead a team effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
