From spotless rooms and fresh linens to reliable transportation and a welcoming front desk, our team ensures guests feel cared for at every step. We’re seeking a multi-talented Hospitality Specialist who can support housekeeping, shuttle driving, and front desk duties with professionalism and reliability. This position is offered both as Full-Time and Part-Time. Key Responsibilities Housekeeping • Clean and prepare guest rooms and public areas to brand standards • Make beds, replace linens, and restock amenities • Report maintenance issues or damages promptly • Collaborate with team members to ensure rooms are ready for arrivals Shuttle Driver • Safely operate hotel shuttle to transport guests to/from airport or designated locations • Assist guests with luggage and provide friendly, professional service • Maintain cleanliness and safety of shuttle vehicle • Follow all traffic laws and hotel transportation policies Front Desk • Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in/check-out procedures • Answer phones, respond to guest inquiries, and provide information about hotel services and local attractions • Process reservations, payments, and room assignments accurately • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest requests are fulfilled promptly • Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere in the lobby Requirements If you are a qualified candidate, please attach your resume with relevant experience for consideration. Qualifications • Previous hospitality experience preferred (housekeeping, laundry, front desk, or driving) • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record • Reliable transportation to and from work • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, and carrying items • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and time management • Excellent communication and guest service skills Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and hotel property management systems preferred) This position requires flexibility as the work schedule includes weekends, nights and holidays.
