REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

§ High school diploma or equivalent (Technical diploma or certification preferred)
§ 3+ years of proven experience in general maintenance or technician roles
§ Solid knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing. Knowing HVAC systems is considered added value.
§ Proficiency in using hand and power tools safely
§ Knowing how to read blueprints, technical manuals, and schematics is considered added value.
§ Strong troubleshooting and multitasking abilities
§ Physically fit; perform physically demanding tasks
§ Excellent communication and organizational skills
§ Safety-conscious and familiar local compliance standards
§ Valid driver’s license (if applicable)

§ Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
§ Respond to maintenance service requests and prioritize tasks based on urgency
§ Install, inspect, and maintain machinery, equipment, and infrastructure
§ Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve potential hazards or inefficiencies
§ Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time spent using logs or digital systems
§ Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other technicians to resolve technical issues efficiently
§ Follow all safety procedures and company policies during work
§ Maintain tools and work areas in clean, safe, and organized condition
§ Support emergency maintenance requests and participate in on-call rotations as needed
