ROLE PURPOSE

The Multi-Technician (AC focus) is responsible for carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance for air-conditioning systems, along with general MEP tasks such as electrical, plumbing, and handyman works. The role ensures all jobs are executed efficiently, safely.

GENERAL MAINTENANCE (SECONDARY TASKS):

• Basic electrical works (replace lights, sockets, switches, breakers).
• Minor plumbing tasks (replace hoses, flush mechanisms, mixers, clear blockages).
• Support team in larger MEP and civil projects when required.
