QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS:

• Proven experience in multi-disciplinary maintenance roles (electrical, plumbing, mechanical).
• Strong problem-solving skills and technical knowledge.
• Ability to read technical drawings, manuals, and schematics.
• Ability to work in varied conditions.
• Flexibility to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Relevant certifications in electrical, plumbing, or mechanical work are a plus.

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, wiring, fixtures, and equipment.
• Handle plumbing tasks including installation, repair, and maintenance of pipes, fixtures, and drainage systems.
• Maintain and repair mechanical equipment, pumps, and HVAC systems as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across multiple systems promptly.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure safety and operational efficiency.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests and provide quick, effective solutions.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in a clean and organized manner.
• Follow safety protocols and comply with company policies and local regulations.
• Collaborate with other team members to complete tasks and projects efficiently.
