JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a skilled Multi Technician with hands-on experience in air conditioning, electrical, and plumbing systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment and infrastructure to ensure smooth operations during the contract period.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Proven experience in AC, electrical, and plumbing maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in maintenance.
• Good communication skills for reporting issues and coordinating with the team.

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues, including wiring, lighting, and small appliances.
• Conduct plumbing maintenance and repairs, including leaks, faucets, and drainage systems.
• Respond to urgent maintenance requests promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Ensure all work is completed following safety standards and company policies.
