WHO WE NEED:

We’re looking for experienced Multi trade operatives with particular focus on carpenters/joiners, painters, and builders to deliver projects and mentor young volunteers.

THE ROLE:

• Work on local community projects
• Mentor and train young people in trade skills
• Help them gain City & Guilds accreditation
• Support career development in trades & construction

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Hands-on trade work + mentoring
Work alongside other mentors & site leads
Support young people in gaining trade skills & accreditation’s
Ensure safety & safeguarding policies are followed
