Responsibilities: Perform water mitigation, mould remediation, fire damage restoration, and property cleaning. Maintain clear communication with customers, insurance reps, and subcontractors. Upload job-related documents, photos, and reports for efficient operations. Suggest improvements to increase efficiency. Follow safety protocols and attend regular training.
