Role Overview:
As a Multi-Trade Operative, you will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance and refurbishment tasks across our high-end residential portfolio. The ideal candidate will be well-presented, highly skilled, and take pride in delivering first-class workmanship with attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out a variety of trade tasks including (but not limited to):
• Carpentry (1st & 2nd fix)
• Basic plumbing and drainage repairs
• Painting and decorating
• Tiling and basic plastering
• Minor electrical work (e.g. changing fittings, sockets, etc.)
• General snagging and finishing works
• Work independently or as part of a small team to complete high-quality work to deadlines
• Ensure worksites are left clean and presentable at all times
• Liaise professionally with clients and property managers
• Follow health and safety guidelines and company procedures
• Report material requirements and job progress to the office regularly

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a multi-trade role, ideally in high-end or luxury residential environments
• Strong skills across a range of trades, with a core skill in at least one (e.g. carpentry or plumbing)
• Excellent attention to detail and finishing standards
• Good communication skills and a client-focused attitude
• Own tools and full UK driving licence preferred
• Eligibility to work in the UK
