Heatcare Oil & Gas Ltd (A Cardo Group company) are currently looking to recruit a Multi Trade Operative to join the team covering the Moray/Highlands area working on long term contracts.

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Driving License (essential)
• CSCS card (desirable)
• Previous experience in a Multi Trade role, particularly within the Social Housing sector.

• Carry out a range of maintenance repairs in domestic properties including major and minor project works.
• You will utilse all aspects of your specialist trade and secondary/multi trades as well as your excellent analytical skills in diagnosing faults and implementing remedies on the first visit to the property as much as possible.
• You will ensure that maintenance works are completed safely to SHE requirements, delivered efficiently and to a professionally high standard; working flexibly, alone or within a team and completing works within required timescales and deadlines.
