Expert Property Care are now recruiting Multi-Trade operatives to join our team for Insurance Repair works in customer’s homes. You will play a key role in delivering top-quality service to our customers and clients.
These works will include carpentry, fault finding, tiling, basic plumbing and decorating works. The successful person will need to be self-motivated with a can-do attitude.
This can be either a self-employed or employed position dependent on experience and skill set.

Your responsibilities and duties will include, although not be limited to:

• Be competent in carrying out a variety of skill sets including painting and decorating, general carpentry, patch plastering, tiling, basic plumbing jobs and any other skill sets
• Be a good team player with excellent communication skills
• Happy to travel around the following postal areas: GU, RG, RH, SO, PO, BN & KT

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £150.00-£200.00 per day

Experience:

• Multi-Trade: 5 years (preferred)

Language:

• fluent English (required)

Licence/Certification:

• full, clean UK driving licence (required)

• United Kingdom (required)
