We are looking for an experienced and reliable Multi Trader to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled across a variety of trades and able to deliver high-quality work in both occupied and void properties.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a Multi Trader / Multi Skilled Operative.
• NVQ or City & Guilds qualification in a relevant trade (preferred, not essential).
• Good knowledge of health & safety practices.
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Carry out a range of trade works including carpentry, plumbing, painting & decorating, tiling, plastering, and basic electrics.
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain domestic properties.
• Ensure all works are completed to a high standard, on time, and within budget.
• Follow health & safety regulations at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service when dealing with tenants and clients.
