We’re looking for an experienced electrician or trades project manager who knows how to run jobs from start to finish. At Active Mechanical, we’re not after a paper-pusher — we want someone who understands the field, respects the crew, and can keep projects moving without cutting corners.
You’ll be managing multi-trade projects, coordinating with clients, suppliers, and our field teams. Some days you’ll be on site solving problems, other days you’ll be in the office lining up schedules and budgets. • Managing multi-trade projects (commercial and residential)
• Coordinating with clients, suppliers, subs, and in-house crews
• Preparing and reviewing estimates, budgets, and schedules
• Handling change orders, progress reports, and project documentation
• Leading crews with respect and keeping jobs safe, efficient, and profitable
• Balancing office work with site visits to stay hands-on with the projects
