REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in construction and multitrade works
• CSCS card (preferred but not essential)
• Full UK driving licence (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work to deadlines and adapt to different tasks on site
• Own tools and transport (desirable)

THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Multitrade Operative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a broad range of construction skills and be confident in carrying out a variety of trades to a good standard.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Carry out general construction, maintenance, and refurbishment works
• Undertake tasks such as carpentry, plastering, painting & decorating, tiling, and basic plumbing/brickwork as required
• Work independently or as part of a team to deliver high-quality finishes
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, following all health & safety procedures
• Liaise with supervisors, clients, and team members to ensure smooth project delivery
