The Role:
We’re looking for a skilled and experienced Property Maintenance Specialist to join us on a self-employed basis.

You’ll be responsible for a wide range of property maintenance tasks, including but not limited to:

• Painting and decorating
• Carpentry
• Tiling
• Plumbing
• General household repairs
• Small Electrical Installations

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• Proven experience in property maintenance
• Knowledge of repairing household items
• Your own tools
• A car or van
• Live within a 30 minute radius of Central London
