Hodgson Construction is a well-established construction company based in London, seeking a skilled and experienced Multi-Trade Carpenter to join our team. This is an immediate start opportunity for the right candidate. The ideal applicant will have extensive experience in second fix and finishing works, as well as basic competency in other trades, including plumbing, electrical, plastering, rendering, painting, decorating, and tiling.
Key Responsibilities:- Carry out high-quality second fix carpentry work, including doors, windows, and cabinetry.- Perform basic plumbing and electrical tasks when required.- Provide painting, decorating, and tiling services as needed.- Ensure all work meets the highest standards and adheres to project specifications.- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized work environment.- Work collaboratively with team members and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
Requirements:- A minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction industry.- Strong proficiency in second fix carpentry and finishing works.- A solid understanding of multiple trades, including plumbing, electrical, plastering, rendering, painting, decorating, and tiling.-
Own tools are required.- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.- Reliable, punctual, and dedicated to completing projects to a high standard.
