London & Essex Maintenance Ltd are looking for an experienced multi trade engineers to join are ever expanding company and help us grown even more.
The position requires travelling around various private residences in London and surrounding counties.

Skills/Experience required:

• Qualifications and/or experience in a similar position
• Able to work to a high standard of work
• Punctual & great communication skills
• Able to work at heights
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record or max of 3 penalty points.

Responsibilities and Duties: include but not limited:

• Perform a variety of multi skilled trades duties in the repair, and maintenance of buildings and facilities
• Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete assigned tasks
• Repair and replace roofs
• Plumb and install or repair plumbing fixtures
• Paint interior and exterior surfaces
• Perform electrical work, including wiring and troubleshooting
• Carpentry work, including framing, trim work, and cabinetry installation
• Flooring works
• Masonry work, including bricklaying and concrete work

• 40hrs per week - Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm (Overtime available too)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £34,000.00-£49,000.00 per year

• Ealing W5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Multi trade: 5 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (required)
