Job Responsibilities: * Maintain store operations, staffing, scheduling, and marketing efforts. * Accountable for overseeing all retail operations, including recruitment, training, marketing, loss prevention, and store profitability. * Coach and develop team members to excel in customer service and sales. * Resolve customer issues to enhance their Metro By T-Mobile experience. * Drive sales and operational excellence through embracing new initiatives. * Maintain a clean and organized store environment. * Recruit team members passionate about technology and customer relationships. * Support team growth through training development and mentorship. * Stay updated on products, services, and leadership practices. * Foster an inclusive team environment. * Creating and maintaining a schedule at/or under labor budget. * Overseeing store inventory management through daily and monthly stock audit. * Stay ahead of the curve by partnering with our Sales, Operations, Finance, HR and Training teams.
