JOB SUMMARY

McDonald’s is seeking an experienced and dynamic Multi-Unit Supervisor to oversee the operations of several restaurant locations. In this role, you will ensure that each McDonald’s outlet delivers the high standards of quality, service, and operational excellence that our brand is known for. You will support and mentor restaurant managers, drive performance improvements, and maintain strict adherence to McDonald’s operational policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience:
• Minimum of 3-5 years in multi-unit management or supervisory roles within the fast-food or quick-service restaurant industry.
• Prior experience with McDonald’s operations is highly preferred.
• Education:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Skills:
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams across multiple locations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in managing budgets and financial performance.
• Proven ability to maintain high standards in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Proficiency in using performance management and reporting tools.
• Availability:
• Must be willing to travel frequently between locations and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.

  Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
  Expected hours: 45 – 50 per week

• Operational Excellence:
• Oversee daily operations across multiple McDonald’s restaurants, ensuring each unit meets or exceeds our rigorous quality, speed, and service standards.
• Conduct regular visits to each location, auditing operations for consistency, cleanliness, and compliance with McDonald’s brand guidelines.
• Team Leadership & Development:
• Provide coaching, training, and support to restaurant managers, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Facilitate the sharing of best practices among units and work collaboratively with teams to resolve operational challenges.
• Financial Performance Management:
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales, labor costs, and inventory management, to ensure financial targets are met.
• Collaborate with managers to develop action plans for cost control and revenue enhancement across locations.
• Quality & Compliance:
• Ensure each restaurant complies with McDonald’s operational procedures, food safety standards, and health regulations.
• Implement corrective actions and follow-up measures to address any areas of non-compliance.
• Communication & Coordination:
• Act as a liaison between corporate leadership and restaurant managers, ensuring that corporate initiatives and updates are clearly communicated and effectively executed.
• Coordinate regional meetings and training sessions to align all units with McDonald’s standards and goals.
