Role Summary and Impact The Data & Analytics Manager will lead the measurement strategy and data ecosystem, transforming complex signals into profitable business decisions. This role's core mission is to ensure the traceability of media investments (across paid, owned, and earned channels) and demonstrate their tangible impact on client growth through advanced attribution, incrementality, and predictive analysis models. Skills and Experience: Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience. Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python, and Cloud environments. Deep knowledge of GT4, GTM, and ad-tech platforms. Experience with machine learning models applied to marketing (Clustering, LTV, and Churn) and data visualization. Soft Skills: Assertive communication to translate technical concepts into business language.
