Your main priorities are: Caring for residents by promptly answering resident calls. Providing top-notch customer service by following up with residents after repairs Keeping an eye on the details of the property from the grounds to routine upkeep Staying proactive about maintenance repairs Preparing apartments for move-in and turn-over Participating in rotating on-call and snow removal, which includes occasional weekends and evening Requirements Full Time Position: Monday through Friday 8am – 4:30 pm to start Experience working on all aspects of building maintenance. Dependable transportation to get to work and a valid driver license. Able to be on call in on-call rotation, multi-site on-call split between local communities.
