OVERVIEW

We are seeking a creative Multifamily Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on developing and executing marketing strategies, interacting with local businesses, managing social media channels, and driving brand awareness for our apartment communities. The ideal candidate is passionate about community outreach and social media engagement.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, social media, or digital content creation, preferably in the multifamily or real estate industry.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute in-person marketing efforts, such as distributing promotional materials at local stores, coffee shops, and businesses to drive awareness and foot traffic.
  • Build relationships with local businesses to create cross-promotional opportunities and community partnerships.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies for multiple multifamily properties across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, and blog posts, to showcase properties and increase resident engagement.
  • Manage social media accounts, monitor performance metrics, and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with property managers and leasing teams to develop marketing campaigns that drive occupancy and retention.
  • Oversee online reputation management by responding to reviews and engaging with followers.
  • Analyze marketing performance data to track effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Work with external vendors, photographers, and designers to maintain a strong brand identity.
  • Attend local networking events, farmers’ markets, and community gatherings to increase brand visibility.
