Renegade Resources is actively seeking a qualified Multifamily Project Manager in Atlanta, Ga with one of the fastest growing developers/contractors in the Southeast.
Roles and Responsibilities include the following:
Project managers provide the leadership necessary to direct overall management of the field production team for one or more developments. This consists of construction cost input and research during the design process; coordination of estimating, pricing and project buy-out; establishment of project objectives, completion schedules and field staff requirements; and supervision of close-out activities and warranty upon completion of job.
Project managers are encouraged to take whatever courses or instruction necessary to constantly upgrade individual skills in estimating, drafting and construction techniques, thereby increasing overall abilities and worth to himself and the company.
Qualifications:
College Degree is required.
Previous experience is required.
Multi-family (woodframe) experience required.
Previous Project Manager experience required.
Minimum travel required with the role (once a month to job site max)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $115,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year (depending on experience)
