We are seeking an experienced and driven Bilingual (Spanish/English) Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a multifamily community. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of property management experience and be proficient in ResMan property management software. This leadership role requires a professional who can balance resident satisfaction with strong financial and operational performance. What You’ll Do: Lead and manage the onsite team, including leasing staff and maintenance. Communicate effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking residents and staff. Oversee leasing, renewals, occupancy goals, and resident relations. Utilize ResMan for financial reporting, leasing activity, and resident records. Ensure budget compliance, track expenses, and drive NOI growth. Develop and implement marketing and leasing strategies to maximize occupancy. Conduct regular property inspections and maintain company standards. Handle escalated resident concerns and resolve issues professionally. What We’re Looking For: Bilingual in Spanish and English (required). ResMan software experience (required). 5+ years of experience as a Property Manager in multifamily housing (required). Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proven ability to manage budgets, analyze financials, and deliver results. Track record of increasing occupancy and resident satisfaction.
