Job Title: Multifamily Revenue Manager
Company: Red Tail Residential
Location: This is an in-office position based in Irvine, CA or Santa Barbara, CA. Only local candidates will be considered.
Status: Full-Time, Exempt
Compensation: $80,000 annually, with additional bonus opportunities.
Supervisor: Director of Revenue Management

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Revenue Manager oversees all aspects of the revenue management program across a nationwide multifamily portfolio.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • One Year of specific revenue management experience
  • Minimum 2 Years in multifamily real estate
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Excellent communication and people management skills
  • Ability to make informed decisions under tight deadlines
  • Power BI experience is a plus
  • REBA RENT experience is a plus.

EDUCATION:

  • BA/BS degree required (preferably in Business, Management, Accounting, or Finance)

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as company expert for revenue management and revenue tool(s) related inquiries
  • Host calls to discuss property performance, position, and pricing opportunities
  • Lead revenue setup and implementation process on newly acquired properties
  • Maintain revenue and expiration parameters in accordance with seasonality and property goals
  • Improve upon current best practices (configuration, parameter management, and business processes) related to revenue management
  • Analyze market performance, supply shifts and trends and create long-term business strategies
  • Assist in the preparation and review of yearly budgets
  • Assist in the preparation and review of monthly P&L summaries
  • Develop and present property strategies to optimize net operating income
