ABOUT THE POSITION

Our Balance team embrace the fitness and wellness lifestyle and industry with enthusiasm. This role is responsible for assisting with the management of front of house reception, inbound sales, and monitoring of gym floor across Mayfield, New Lambton and Cardiff sites of Balance Health Clubs. We are currently seeking a full time Multifunctional Attendant to join our Balance team. Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Assist with the management of a busy front desk in a professional and energetic manner
  • Undertake opening and closing procedures
  • Process payments and balance the till
  • End of month stock-take
  • Handle membership enquires
  • Build and maintain health club relationships
  • Maintain safe and clean facilities at all times including regular cleaning of gym and equipment
  • Monitor and report equipment faults for repair

Please note that this role is a full time position and does require availability throughout the week and also on the weekends. Some shifts may be during the day or the evening. Flexibility across the week will be required for this role.
