You must speak English and ONE of the following languages fluently (C1/C2 equivalent): German French Dutch Arabic Spanish What you will do Manage high-volume inbound and outbound sales activities across phone, email, video, and social media Engage prospects throughout all stages of the sales funnel and drive conversions Identify revenue opportunities and grow customer advertising investment over time Actively manage and update your sales pipeline using CRM tools (Salesforce) Follow structured sales cadences and meet response-time SLAs Transition qualified leads to onboarding teams to ensure a smooth customer journey Track, analyze, and report sales performance metrics to support revenue targets What we are looking for Fluent English (B2) and one of the listed languages (written and spoken) Minimum 1.5 years of experience in sales, ideally in tech or digital advertising Proven ability to unlock revenue opportunities and grow customer budgets Strong persuasion, negotiation, and communication skills Comfortable working in fast-paced, target-driven environments Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) Organized, proactive, and able to manage time and priorities independently Whats in it for you Monthy salary between €1600- €2200 plus bonus (project dependent) Monthly transportation / internet allowance Bonus for important life events (marriage, birth/adoption, university graduation) Additional medical plan: health & dental care fully covered by employer Life insurance Voluntary Sport Card (Multisport) Continuous training, coaching, and career development opportunities Work Model & Schedule Hybrid: Office presence Wednesday & Thursday Fully remote option if based outside Sofia Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00
