Your mission We are looking for a multilingual Artist and Label Relations Executive (most desired languages: English, Spanish, German). This is a full-time (40 h per week) and hybrid-remote position. Your main responsibility will be customer support in different languages and you should be organized, self-motivated and have experience of successfully handling customers. The responsibilities include, amongst other things: Be the the first point of contact for new and existing customers Answer inquiries by using our customer support tool Resolve product & service problems by clarifying the customer complaints and by communicating with our internal team Ensure that quality metrics are met and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction Contribute to improve efficiency, processes and touch time Translation of website content, marketing messages & internal resources Proactively identify and report system bottlenecks and bugs Your profile Business-level fluency in English and Spanish, with excellent written communication skills; German language skills are a plus Based in Berlin with a German work permit Previous experience in customer service Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment A patient, solution-oriented mindset with a genuine desire to understand and support customers A collaborative attitude, with eagerness to learn and contribute as part of a team Experience with writing content in the specified languages and translations is a plus Strong passion for music and a solid understanding of the music industry are highly desirable About us Who are we?
