We are looking for multilingual-speaking professionals to join our customer service and support teams in Lisbon, Portugal. You will represent international brands across different projects, ensuring a high-quality experience for each customer. Tasks Communicate with customers via phone, email, or chat, providing excellent support and solutions. Identify customer needs and ensure first-contact resolution whenever possible. Keep accurate records of customer interactions in the system. Collaborate with other departments to solve complex cases. Stay informed about products, services, and procedures to deliver accurate information. Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment. Requirements Fluent (C1 or native level) in one of these languages: Italian/Spanish/French/English/German/Dutch/Danish/Russian/Turkish/Hebrew Good command of English (B1 or higher). Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Customer-oriented mindset and attention to detail. Ability to adapt to different projects and work processes. EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal. Availability to work in shifts (if required by the project).
