Description:
Become a Part of Our Team as a Multilingual Real Estate Sales Specialist! (Chinese + English)
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on suitable property investments based on their needs.
- Build and maintain strong connections with potential clients and industry professionals.
- Accurately list properties for sale, ensuring detailed descriptions and information.
- Organize property viewings and provide clients with relevant details (including taking photos during visits).
- Promptly follow up with leads and nurture long-term client relationships.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Fluency in Chinese in addition to English.
- Previous experience in sales, preferably within the real estate industry.
- A valid driving license and personal vehicle are advantageous.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Applicants from Tajikistan and Kazakhstan are particularly encouraged to apply.
- Applicants must be based in Dubai and available for in-person interviews.
