What You'll Do We are looking for a Multimedia Artist to head our creative initiatives and guide the team in delivering impactful campaigns and content. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, leadership, and hands-on creativity. You’ll be responsible for shaping the brand’s visual and creative direction. Key Responsibility Areas Develop and oversee brand identity, visual strategy, and creative direction across all platforms and marketing channels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into compelling creative solutions. Drive the creative ideation process, from concept to final execution, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives. Manage multiple projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met without compromising quality. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging design technologies, and creative best practices. Oversee and maintain a high standard of visual storytelling, brand consistency, and customer engagement. What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience in a creative role, with a focus on art direction, design, and visual storytelling. Prior experience in a creative agency or omni-retail environment is preferred. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Expert proficiency in industry-standard design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.). A compelling portfolio demonstrating expertise in art direction, design, and branding. Strong understanding of digital, print, and multimedia marketing strategies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to balance creativity with business objectives to drive impactful results. Must be willing to work in Makati
