SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Film/Media Production, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of professional experience in multimedia production, motion graphics, and design, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills; capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and proactive in solving creative challenges.
  • Experience in construction, engineering, or related industries is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
  • Design and produce multimedia assets including videos, motion graphics, and static designs for proposals, presentations, campaigns, and internal communications.
  • Redesign and improve visual templates (e.g., InDesign) to help differentiate proposal content and elevate brand perception.
  • Collaborate with marketing, branding, and communication teams to ensure all design work reflects brand standards and messaging.
  • Create content tailored to social platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook, optimizing for format and engagement.
  • Translate strategic messaging and business goals into compelling visual narratives across print and digital media.
  • Capture and edit video footage, including interviews and b-roll, incorporating brand-aligned motion graphics and animation.
  • Maintain and organize a digital asset library to support ongoing content needs across departments.
  • Explore new tools and workflows to improve the quality and efficiency of multimedia production.
  • Ensure all visual deliverables are cohesive, polished, and brand consistent.
