JOB SUMMARY

We are a brand new agency in North Scottsdale. We just finished our funding round and are now taking on several large new clients. We are a very data focused agency and are not looking for social media managers. Any creative will be specifically for a selling purpose not consistent management. We want to be the agency that keeps its promises!

SKILLS

• Proficiency in digital design tools including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, visual design principles, and layout design.
• Experience in web design using HTML and CSS; familiarity with SketchUp is a plus.
• Knowledge of motion graphics, 2D/3D animation techniques using software such as Maya.
• Ability to create digital art for various applications including print advertising and production design.
• Familiarity with CAD software for interior design projects is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
• A keen eye for detail coupled with strong organizational skills to manage workflow efficiently. Join us in creating impactful multimedia experiences that resonate with our audience!

• Develop and execute original multimedia designs for print and digital platforms, including websites, social media, and advertising.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and produce visual content that aligns with project goals.
• Utilize photography, illustration, and typography to create engaging graphics and layouts.
• Design motion graphics and animations using Adobe After Effects and other relevant software.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to continually enhance design quality.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
