Formulate design concepts and visual direction for content across video, social, and digital channels.
Develop both static and animated assets for social media, website, magazine advertisements and newsletter.
Film high-quality video for company projects, events, interviews, and marketing content, including interstate travel to project sites when required.
Produce and schedule video and design assets for social media, and maintain the Ares YouTube channel while supporting LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
Develop video series of company services including creating concepts, script outlines, and storyboards for management approval before production.
Develop training/instructional videos library for internal usage.
Set up and operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment, and capture supporting B-roll.
Manage and brief onsite photographers to ensure visual consistency.
Edit raw footage into engaging, professional video content, adding music, captions, graphics, and motion elements.
Perform colour correction and grading, and export content in formats suited to web and social media.
Organise and manage footage libraries, design files, and project assets, and maintain filming equipment.
Skills and experience
Minimum bachelor’s degree in multimedia design, digital media, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated experience across video production, editing, and design.
Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Lightroom, DaVinci Resolve, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong eye for visual storytelling, composition, and brand consistency.
Photography and image editing skills.
Ability to manage projects and assets independently and meet deadlines.
Full working rights and willingness to travel interstate when required.
Comfortable integrating AI tools into design and video workflows to improve quality and efficiency (desirable).
