MARKETING SPECIALIST – HELP SHAPE THE FUTURE OF BODYMODS!

Are you passionate about data-driven, creative campaign development and graphic design? BodyMods is looking for a Multimedia Designer who excels at both the creative and analytical sides of marketing. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing and executing engaging campaigns, while tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROI, conversion rates, and customer engagement. You’ll ensure deadlines and budgets are met, and help boost brand awareness and retention through engaging visuals. If you’re skilled in crafting eye-catching graphics and videos, monitoring trends, and refining strategies based on data, we’d love to have you on our team!

This position is 20 hours a week to start with plans to become 40 hours a week in early 2026.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Two to three years of experience in marketing, advertising, or digital media roles.
Experience in creating and executing marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and paid advertising.
Hands-on experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar platforms.
Experience in creating content for social media, websites, and ads.

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field. Preferred by not required.
Certifications in Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, or Social Media Marketing (e.g., Google, HubSpot, Hootsuite) are a plus.
Courses or certifications in design or content creation are highly valued.

Campaign Creation & Execution - Design, build, and execute creative marketing campaigns that align with brand strategy and goals.
Graphic Design - Develop visually engaging graphics and marketing materials to support campaigns across digital and print platforms.
Campaign Performance - Track and measure the effectiveness of campaigns (ROI, CTR, conversion rate).
Deadline Management - Ensure all campaign elements, including graphics and schedules, meet deadlines.
Budget Tracking - Adhere to marketing budget and track percentage of spending versus plan.
Industry Knowledge - Stay updated on marketing trends, KPIs, and best practices through ongoing learning.
Customer Engagement & Retention - Enhance customer interaction with marketing materials and improve retention rates (engagement rate, social shares, retention rate).
Brand Awareness - Boost brand visibility and measure reach, impressions, and sentiment (NPS).
Social Media Management - Grow followers and engagement across platforms. Track performance of paid social campaigns (CTR, ROI).
Paid Advertising - Manage CPC, CTR, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Performance Evaluation - Regularly review marketing performance and identify areas for improvement.
Reporting - Create dashboards and provide regular reports with actionable recommendations based on data.
