JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a talented and creative Multimedia Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, creating, and delivering engaging multimedia content across various platforms. This includes visual designs, animations, videos, and other interactive materials to support our branding, marketing, and communication objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Experience: 2–5 years of experience in multimedia design or a similar role.
• Proficient in graphic design, video editing, and animation software.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design and multimedia work.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or other web development tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and a creative mindset.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Experience with UI/UX design.
• Familiarity with interactive media and AR/VR projects.
• Basic understanding of photography and audio production.

• Develop multimedia content such as videos, motion graphics, and infographics for websites, social media, and presentations.
• Video Production:
• Plan, shoot, and edit video content for marketing campaigns and events.
• Add special effects, subtitles, and transitions to enhance video projects.
• Brand Consistency:
• Ensure all designs align with the company’s brand guidelines and objectives.
• Maintain consistency in design elements across all multimedia outputs.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the marketing, content, and development teams to produce high-quality campaigns.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative ideas and concepts.
• Technology and Tools:
• Stay updated on the latest trends in multimedia design and technology.
• Use design software and tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and 3D tools like Blender, 3DS Max or Cinema 4D (optional).
• Optimization and Delivery:
• Optimize multimedia content for different platforms, including web, mobile, and social media.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
